Shipping Rates
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies automatically when your cart total reaches $75 CAD before taxes and after any applicable discounts.
International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Processing Time
Because every Kasandy product is handmade in small batches, orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
During high-demand periods — including product launches, holidays, and promotional sales — processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you by email if your order is delayed beyond the standard window.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Kasandy is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and unopened in their original packaging. We are unable to resell opened beauty products for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
- You must contact us at hello@kasandy.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and is responsible for the item until it is received by us.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Sale” or purchased during promotional discount events.
- Gift certificates and digital products.
- Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@kasandy.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A brief description of the issue.
For verified damage or errors on our part, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full replacement or refund at our discretion. We are committed to making things right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
