Domestic Shipping (Canada and US):

For orders within Canada and the US, we offer a flat shipping rate of $12. Orders valued at $200 or more before tax are eligible for free shipping. We want to make it convenient for you to enjoy our unique products without any additional shipping costs.

Free Pick-up Option:

If you prefer a more personalized experience, we also provide a free pick-up option at our location on Granville Island. Simply select this option during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping:

For international orders, we offer a competitively low, flat shipping rate. When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping options you select. We strive to make international shipping affordable and convenient for our valued customers.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the availability of the items and the shipping options chosen during checkout. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occasionally affect the estimated delivery timeline.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kasandy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we strive to provide you with a seamless returns and exchanges experience. Please review our policy below:

Returns for In-Store Purchases:

If you have made an in-store purchase, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please ensure you have your receipt with you. After 14 days, we are pleased to offer exchanges.

Returns for Online Orders:

For online orders, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return new and unused items for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process and Timeline:

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to four weeks for the refund process to be completed. However, in most cases, you can expect to receive your refund sooner. This timeline includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (approximately 5 to 10 business days), the processing time at our end once we receive the return (around 3 to 5 business days), and the processing time required by your bank to issue the refund (usually 5 to 10 business days).
